Inženirske storitve, Gregor Strniša s.p. (hereinafter referred to as the provider) handles personal data in accordance with the Personal Data Protection Act, the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR), and internal regulations governing the processing of personal data, procedures, and measures for securing such data, as well as responsibility and oversight in their processing. With this statement, the provider establishes the policy for collecting, using, and protecting personal data of the users of the provider’s services.
Definition of terms
Personal data – any information relating to an individual, regardless of the form in which it is expressed.
Individual – a specific or identifiable natural person to whom the personal data relates.
Contractual processor – a natural or legal person who processes personal data on behalf of and for the account of the personal data controller.

What data do we collect?
When ordering certain types of services, we may ask for the following personal data, which may include but are not limited to:

How do we use your data?
We use personal data for the purposes of providing services and complying with applicable legislation that we, as a company registered in the RS, must adhere to. Right to be forgotten of personal data.
To delete personal data that we process as a provider, please send an email to info@mixy.si with the subject “Deletion of personal data”.

– Ensuring compliance with legal or regulatory requirements

Right to data portability
Every user whose personal data is processed by the provider has the right to transfer their personal data to another provider.
If you wish to transfer your personal data, please send a message to info@mixy.si. Within 72 hours, you will receive a complete copy of the personal data we hold, allowing you to transfer your data to another provider.

It is a web application for analyzing visits, visitors to websites, applications, or other services of the provider. It allows insight into visitor behavior, the number of page movements, visit duration, data about the visitor’s hardware and software, language, and geolocation. The data does not contain personal information and is stored in an anonymized form. The application is owned by Google LLC.

Google Webmaster:
It is a web application for tracking clicks and goals from the Google browser, owned by Google LLC. It allows us to analyze clicks from the mentioned browser and troubleshoot issues that may arise during the optimization of our services, websites, or applications.

Matomo
It is a web application for analyzing visits of visitors to the provider’s websites, applications, or other services. It allows insight into visitor behavior, the number of page movements, visit duration, data about the visitor’s hardware and software, language, and geolocation. The data does not contain personal information and is stored in an anonymized form.
Targeting ads
Ponudnik uporablja storitve ponovnega trženja (remarketing) za oglaševanje svojih storitev na spletnih straneh tretjih oseb po tem, ko ste obiskali naše spletne strani. Ponudnik skupaj s tretjimi osebami uporablja piškotke za obveščanje, optimizacijo in prikazovanje oglasov, na podlagi vaših preteklih obiskov naših strani.
Google AdWords
The provider uses remarketing services to advertise its services on third-party websites after you have visited our websites. The provider, together with third parties, uses cookies to inform, optimize, and display ads based on your past visits to our sites.
The Google AdWords remarketing service is provided by Google LLC.

Abuse prevention
The provider may request proof of personal data (personal document) to prevent abuse. All personal data required to verify an individual’s identity for the purpose of ordering services will be removed within 48 hours after the order is placed.
Children’s privacy
Our services do not address anyone under the age of 18 (children).
The provider does not knowingly collect any personal data from individuals under the age of 18.
