General terms
The general terms and conditions of the Mixy.si online store are compiled in accordance with the Consumer Protection Act (ZVPot-UPB2), based on the recommendations of the Chamber of Commerce and Industry of Slovenia (GZS) and international e-commerce codes. The Mixy.si online store (hereinafter referred to as “store” or “Mixy.si”) has been managed by the company Inženirske storitve, Gregor Strniša s.p., the service provider (hereinafter referred to as “provider”) since January 3, 2022.
Mixy.si, nor any other legal or natural person involved in the creation, production, and processing of the websites, is in any case liable for any damage arising from or related to the existence or operation of our websites or the use of the information published on them. Mixy.si reserves the right to change the content of the websites.
The general terms and conditions of business address the operation of Mixy.si, the rights of the buyer/user, and the business relationship between the provider and the buyer.
Availability of information
(summary of legislation)
The provider undertakes to always provide the buyer with the following information:
a) the identity of the company (name and registered office of the company, registration number),
b) contact details that allow the user to communicate quickly and efficiently (email, phone),
c) essential characteristics of the goods or services (including after-sales services and guarantees),
d) availability of items (each item or service offered on the website should be available within a reasonable time),
e) conditions of delivery of items or execution of services (method, place, and time of delivery),
f) all prices must be clearly and unambiguously defined, and it must be clearly shown whether they include taxes and shipping costs,
g) method of payment and delivery,
h) the validity period of the offer,
i) the period within which it is still possible to withdraw from the contract and the conditions for withdrawal; in addition, whether and how much it costs the buyer to withdraw from the contract,
j) an explanation of the complaint procedure, including all information about the contact person or customer service.
Products
Due to the nature of online business, the offer on Mixy.si is updated and changed. The size and color of products may differ in presentation photos from the physical products.
Prices are presented as online prices, which apply to purchases made online in the case of 100% cash payment or prepayment by transfer to a transaction account.
If, despite the provider’s efforts, an incorrect price is published on the online store, especially if it deviates significantly from the generally applicable prices or if prices of “0” or “1” euro appear due to system errors, the provider is not obliged to deliver the goods at the incorrect price but can offer delivery at the correct price. In this case, the buyer can either proceed with the purchase at the correct price or withdraw from the purchase.
Discounts and promotions
Mixy.si can offer its customers a time-limited discount, which is clearly marked on the product page.
All products in our sale can be included in the promotion, which lasts until the date indicated on the product. The promotion runs until recalled. The benefit for the customer is reflected in the reduced price, and the percentage of the promotion is not predetermined but is set on the day the promotional offer is created.
Payments
The provider offers the following payment methods:
– Online payment via PayPal
– Transfer to the account of Mixy.si’s company – Inženirske storitve, Gregor Strniša s.p. according to the offer/proforma invoice (online price applies),
The provider issues an itemized invoice to the buyer. The buyer is obliged to check the accuracy of the information on the invoice and notify the seller of any errors within eight days of receipt. Later objections regarding the accuracy of issued invoices will not be considered.
The sales contract (order) is stored electronically on the provider’s server.
Prices
The online price applies to all Mixy.si users. You become a Mixy.si store user by making a purchase in the online store. All prices include VAT unless explicitly stated otherwise.
Prices are valid at the time of order placement and do not have a predetermined validity period.
Prices are valid for payment methods listed above, under the specified conditions.
Despite exceptional efforts to provide the most up-to-date and accurate information, it may happen that the price information is incorrect. In this case, or if the price of an item changes during order processing, the provider will allow the buyer to withdraw from the purchase, and the provider will offer a solution that will be mutually satisfactory.

The sales contract between the provider and the buyer is concluded at the moment the provider confirms the order (the buyer receives an email with the status “Order confirmed”). From that moment, all prices and other conditions are fixed and apply to both the provider and the buyer.
Discounts, promotional codes, etc., do not accumulate.
Promotional Code – Coupon Code
A promotional code or coupon code provides various benefits when purchasing and is time-limited. In the online cart, you can use only one online code per purchase. Promotional codes are not compatible with each other.
A promotional code is a code that the customer enters in the first step of the online purchase. The customer enters the promotional code in the field before submitting the order under “Promotional Code.” The discount or benefit will be applied immediately afterward.
Order statuses
Order received: After placing the order, the buyer receives a notification by email that the order has been received. The buyer always has access to detailed information about the status and content of the order on the provider’s website.
Order confirmed: The provider reviews the order, checks the availability of the ordered items, and either confirms or rejects the order with a reason. The provider may call the buyer at their contact phone number to verify information or ensure accurate delivery. The provider keeps the buyer informed about the latest delivery information via email. The provider assumes no responsibility for damage caused by longer delivery times or non-delivery of goods that the provider does not have in stock in its own warehouse.
Goods dispatched: The provider prepares and dispatches the goods within the agreed timeframe.
B2B sales
We allow companies, sole proprietors, and other legal entities to return shipments of items under warranty conditions. The aforementioned organizations do not have the option to withdraw from the contract within 14 days of receiving the goods without providing a reason for their decision, as is the case for consumers (individuals). Each return will be individually handled, and we will strive to meet the supplier’s criteria. If eligible for a return, you can exchange the item for another of your choice (of equal or higher value). Unfortunately, refunds are not possible. The Mixy.si online store is not only intended for individuals but also for business users.
The purchasing process is exactly the same, except that when choosing the payment method “payment details” (step 2), you enter the company details and a valid tax number. If you want an invoice for the company, you accept the business terms and conditions that apply to companies.
Communications
The provider will contact the user via remote communication means only if the user explicitly does not object.
Advertising emails will contain the following components:
– Clearly and unambiguously marked as advertising messages,
– The sender will be clearly visible,
– Various actions, promotions, and other marketing techniques will be marked as such. The conditions for participation in them will also be clearly defined,
– The method of unsubscribing from receiving advertising messages will be clearly presented,
– The provider will explicitly respect the user’s wish not to receive advertising messages.
Children’s protection
Products and services on the Mixy.si websites are intended for adults only. To place an order in the Mixy.si online store, the customer must be over 18 years old.
The provider must not accept an order from someone they know or suspect to be a child or minor.
Code of conduct
As an online retailer, we adhere to high standards in handling orders, returns, and complaints from our customers. However, in accordance with point 6 of Article 7 of the Electronic Commerce Market Act (ZEPT), we declare that we are not a signatory or member of the code of conduct for online retailers.
Disclaimer
The provider undertakes to fulfill all pre-orders and deliver products according to the agreed deadlines at the time of purchase. For products not in regular stock, the retailer accepts pre-orders, which are clearly and unambiguously indicated, and for such products, the retailer accepts an advance payment, which is refunded to the buyer in case of withdrawal.
The provider strives to ensure the timeliness and accuracy of the information published on its pages. However, the characteristics of the items, delivery time, or price may change so quickly that the provider fails to update the information on the website. In such cases, the provider will inform the buyer of the changes and allow them to withdraw from the order or exchange the ordered item.
The provider is not responsible for the content of product reviews written by visitors. The provider reviews and rejects those reviews that contain obvious falsehoods, are misleading, or offensive before publication. The provider is not responsible for the information in the reviews and disclaims any liability arising from the information in the reviews.
Although the provider strives to ensure accurate photographs of the products for sale, all photographs should be taken as symbolic. The photographs do not guarantee the properties of the item. The same applies to video presentations, which are intended to better display the use of the item, but may include props that do not belong to the main item of a particular offer published on the Mixy.si website.
The provider has the option to withdraw from the contract with the customer only if an obvious error is found (Article 46 of the Obligations Code). An obvious error is defined as essential characteristics of the subject and all errors that are considered decisive according to traffic customs or the purpose of the parties, and which the provider would not have confirmed or concluded the contract if aware of. This includes obvious errors in price.
The provider reserves the right to change the terms of business at any time and in any way, regardless of the reason and without prior notice.
Complaints and disputes
The provider respects the applicable consumer protection legislation. The provider strives to fulfill its duty to establish an effective complaint handling system and designate a person whom the buyer can contact by phone or email in case of problems. The complaint handling process is confidential.
The provider is aware that the essential characteristic of a consumer dispute, at least in terms of judicial resolution, is its disproportion between the economic value of the claim and the costs incurred in resolving the dispute itself. This is also the main obstacle preventing the consumer from initiating a dispute before the court. Therefore, the provider strives to resolve any disputes amicably to the best of its ability.
In accordance with legal norms, we do not recognize any out-of-court consumer dispute resolution provider as competent for resolving consumer disputes that the consumer could initiate in accordance with the Act on Out-of-Court Settlement of Consumer Disputes.
